Shipping Within New Zealand

Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. -
Shipping Method:
We use tracked courier services for all domestic deliveries (e.g. NZ Post, Aramex, or Post Haste). -
Delivery Time:
Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days for urban areas and up to 5 business days for rural addresses. -
Shipping Cost:

Standard Shipping: Free on orders

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping for night vision and thermal products due to legal and export restrictions.

Important Shipping Information

Signature Required: All shipments are sent with signature required for added security.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Delays: While we aim to dispatch promptly, courier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or courier workload.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical delivery address.
Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
